Conservatory roof leaking due to perished and ill fitting and cheap bitumen based flashing

This conservatory is only five years old and is already in a mess.

The third picture shows that the flashing was not fitted correctly into the white plastic U-shape channel against the wall.

The old bitumen flashings were removed and new lead flashings were fitted

This Conservatory was raining in due to the under tile felt sagging below the tiles.  The heavy lead on top did not help as It was pushing the felt down

You can see the wet pond of water and sediment on the left.

Eaves protector trays were fitted below the felt after repairs and the conservatory was re-fitted with plastic soffit soffitfitted
